Recipe: Eggs in a basket

Grease a muffin pan with pan spray. Turn oven to 400 degrees. Press biscuit dough into each section of a muffin pan [to form little cup]. Use one biscuit for each muffin section in pan. If all muffin holes are not used- fill empty holes with some water.
Break an egg into each biscuit “cup”. Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuits are lightly browned. Sprinkle with cheese immediately after removing from oven.
Serve with sausage links and fresh fruit.
Cost Breakdown: 1 tube of 10 biscuits [27 cents @ Aldi’s]. 10 eggs (@ $1/doz.= 83 cents. Approx. ¼ cup of shredded cheese- 21 cents.
