Bitty Biscuits

Sunny Bitty Biscuits

1 c. butter, melted (& very warm)

8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 c. sour cream

2 c. self-rising flour

Combine butter & cheese; set aside to cool for 2 min.

Add sour cream; stir in flour. Fill greased mini muffin

Tins 2/3 full; bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Makes about 4 dozen.

These go great with a breakfast of eggs and sausage!
