fiddle diddle
Today is a fiddle-diddle day. I'm fiddle-diddling with this and that. Cleaning up files on my computer, doing youth work, a load of laundry, wiping runny noses and trying to keep my cut finger out of reach of water, Mr. Conductor and doors- sometimes I succeed and other times I'm hopin' around shaking my hand in agony. Mr. Steady changed the bandage yesterday- all I can say is "ewww." I'm afraid this is going to take a long time to heal. I am left handed and just cannot stop using that hand!Does anyone have a good home remedy- some wonderful homemade healing cream or something? Right now Mr. Steady wants to keep it tightly bandaged but I know we'll be needing some type of cream on it. Especially since this is in an area where the skin needs to stretch. I put hand cream on my hands at least once a day but have been avoiding the bandaged appendages.
Mr. Steady is going to help wash my hair tonight- that ought to be a hoot!
Oh that reminds me- I need to share the family pictures taken with Mr. Steady's family- too too funny.

My Husband (DH)-Mr. Steady
My rock and biggest supporter. The glue that keeps the family sane. He is like deep, deep water- it takes a lot to see a ripple.
DD12- Our Maiden in Waiting- By the world's standard she's a 'tween'. By ours and the Lord's- this is the time of her years of preparation. She is eagerly learning what it means to keep a home and daily becomes more and more of a helper to her Mama.
DD9- Sassafras My Sassy middle child. She holds her own so sweetly and has such an empathetic heart. While real Sassafras is used for flavoring- She is that added sweet flavor to our family.
DS5- Mr. Conductor- The train aficionado in the family. He's the little man and best helper around! He's also the biggest Oreo fiend in the family.
