Jesse Tree DevotionalThe devotional I am using for our very first Jesse Tree this year is Ann Voskamp's e-book The Glorious Coming. Just click on the title and it will take you to the purchase site. The cost is a small $7.95. Or right next to it is another e-book, The 12- Week Holiday Planner for the Christian Family and Ann V.'s devotional is included in the planner (its a 2 for 1 deal!) the cost is only $12.95.I decided to just puchase The Glorious Coming because I already have my own holiday planner that I've been tweaking for years. I do believe that both of these are very worthwhile. I love the pictures Ann V. uses for the ornaments. We will be cutting and pasting ours on heavy mauve cardstock today and laminating them. We're still deciding if we will make a simple Advent tree on the wall or use our ficus or another small broomstick tree. There are many, many, many Jesse Tree devotionals and info out on the web. Just google Jesse Tree and you'll find oodles. I've waded thru some of it and this was my pick. I'll share what I am thinking of it as we go.
