Crock Pot Recipe

CROCK POT APPLE OATMEAL

3 C. milk 1 ½ C. oats
1 ½ T. honey 3 T. brown sugar
2 T. butter 1 large apple, peeled and diced
¼ tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased crock pot. Cook overnight on low. Stir and serve. Top with chopped nuts if desired.

Amy, I see your family likes oatmeal so I thought I would send this to you. I tried to cut and paste...I don't know if it turned out ok. This is a recipe we really like, and it makes your house smell good.

Amy, we have had a dual control electric mattress pad for a couple of winters. Martha Stewart would call it "a good thing". Our bedroom gets very cold at night and even with piles of blankets, we were cold. Enjoy! Blessings from the Big Sky Country........Denise (prairiemom)
