My Tip Today: Cheap Plastic table cloths for our crafty projects.
I have never bought one of those fancy special cloths to put on your table and/or floor to protect it from spills and such for when your children do art projects.
I just went out and bought the cheapest flannel backed plastic table cloths I could find (99 cents at the local dollar store). I have one table cloth for the table and one to spread on the floor. I am still using the cloths I purchased 9 years ago.
It doesn’t matter when they are doing a cutting project and accidently cut a bit into the table cloth. It doesn’t matter if they spill paint or write on it with markers . . . . . it all wipes off.
That's what works for me today! What works for you?

You know, I've never thought of having a cheap table cloth for these types of things...I can't tell you what
my table looks like right now...one too many homeschooling projects have been done on it, I'm afraid!

I ALMOST posted this tip today..great minds think alike! I love doing this and have for so long I can't even remember. I've recently found some clear ones at Walmart for 94 cents..the kids that I babysit love them because they feel like they're actually writing on the table and they can pick them up and look through parts of them when they're done.
