This Week

A new week:

Here I sit with my calendar looking @ my week. I am hoping for more nights at home than away from home and it looks like I might make it. IÂ’m only scheduled to be gone Tuesday and Wednesday nights. I think weÂ’ll have family movie nite on Friday and on Saturday my DH will be taking 5 yr old dd to her very first Father/Daughter Dance. She is so very excited. On my to-do list is to order a corsage and boutonniere for them. Oh, sheÂ’s going to be so thrilled! I love how special this is for just her and her Papa. My oldest dd and my ds will be staying home with me. DonÂ’t know what weÂ’ll do but IÂ’ll make sure itÂ’s something fun.

I so desire to be @ home more often these days. It is definitely where my heart is. I remember back in the day, when I felt boxed in if I wasnÂ’t gone more nights than I was home in a week. Glad IÂ’ve gotten past that! I will be attempting to make some new homemade bread recipes this week. I have a recipe for potato bread that I havenÂ’t made in ages and another one for cheddar-chive bread. Plus I just bought some Amish peanut butter and that just screams for homemade honey wheat bread!
