Update
I continue to covet your prayers. I am still in the midst of this distressing prayer request but I can see a light at the end of the dark tunnel- which I couldn't quite see before.I continue to remain faithful to what God can do and dearly wish for Him not only to work His will in me but THRU me.
Thank you so much for lifting me up in prayer- for the beautiful prayers that have been shared and the wonderful, touching verses. It has meant the world to me and been a balm to my weary and battered spirit.
It is very hard to have this battle raging on and not only not be able to share but also to have to act like nothing is different, nothing is wrong. I am a passionate and intensely emotional person. My Mother has always said that I wear my heart on my sleeve where it bruises the easiest and most often. My husband says my emotions always show on my face. Right now I seem to be hiding it all quite well. Thanks to the Lord for being in control!
I lead worship music in church tomorrow. We will open with Come Let Us Worship and Bow Down and follow with I Stand in Awe and I Sing Praises to Your Name. I prayed and chose these songs earlier in the week- before my prayer concern- and I wondered at why we would be using these songs this week- it just didn't seem to fit. Of course, now it does. My God is so good to me. I am excited to be able to share these songs with my church family tomorrow but more than that I will be singing my heart out straight to my Lord for how He is with me. I stand in awe of His presense and praise His Holy Name.

My Husband (DH)-Mr. Steady
My rock and biggest supporter. The glue that keeps the family sane. He is like deep, deep water- it takes a lot to see a ripple.
DD12- Our Maiden in Waiting- By the world's standard she's a 'tween'. By ours and the Lord's- this is the time of her years of preparation. She is eagerly learning what it means to keep a home and daily becomes more and more of a helper to her Mama.
DD9- Sassafras My Sassy middle child. She holds her own so sweetly and has such an empathetic heart. While real Sassafras is used for flavoring- She is that added sweet flavor to our family.
DS5- Mr. Conductor- The train aficionado in the family. He's the little man and best helper around! He's also the biggest Oreo fiend in the family.
