Plumbing Update

Thanks so much to everyone who gave suggestions for my clogged toilet problem. Wouldn't you know it- when my husband got home from work and I told him about the toilet (water right up to the rim) well- he went to check it and it was fine! It seems during the day the water receeded and all was well. Ug! I don't think this is the end of the saga. I was finally able to find a "liquid plumber" like substance that would work on toilets- but it's $20! I thought that was bit steep. My hubby isn't sure that will work and is wondering if we should just put the $20 bucks towards a new toilet. Hmmm. I will try the baking soda and vinegar recipe today and see if I can't keep it "limping" along until I've got enough money saved for a new toilet. Boy- that wasn't on my wishlist! But, in the grand scheme of things it's better than Little Orchard Homestead's water problem. God knows how much I can handle- and a clogged toilet is just about it for this week. [things have gotten a bit "stressy" since my wonderful Monday]. Leave a Comment { Last Page } { Page 1453 of 1499 } { Next Page } |
