There has been a turn of events here at our home as my husband's employer has had a delay in commercial contracts, thus needing to lay off employees indefinitely. The unstable financial situation the corporation is currently facing presents the issue of seeking employment elsewhere, and our family has put on thinking caps to come up with ideas for a positive career change...ideally, for my husband to work primarily from home. We are eligible for unemployent benefits for the next 6 months, and he may be able to work a few hours a week to make up the difference of his regular wages.  In the meantime he is considering getting certified as a home inspector as new laws in PA have put a lot of regulations on building and permits, thus creating a demand for building inspectors. Self-employment is something we have prayed about for some time now. Hopefully my soap sales will continue to grow as I start selling from local shops and businesses. We would love to have a home business that the entire family can be a part of. If anyone has suggestions, feel free to comment. We are LOOKING FOR IDEAS! For those of you who know us...please pray for guidance and provision in the coming days. We know God will meet our every need and are thankful He is in control.
