Anna was married 24 years and had grown children. She owned a large daycare center. And there were people in every part of her life. But she was still lonely! Her deep emptiness couldn’t be filled with busyness.
Anna’s parents had taken her to church when she was young. But as she grew up, she drifted away from church and from God.
One morning in daycare she heard a little girl quietly sing, “Jesus loves me, this I know.” Anna’s heart cried out, “Jesus, loves me, too!”
She bowed her head and asked Jesus into her life. Her soul was filled with His love. Anna knows Jesus will always love her. Now, she never feels lonely like she did before.
