Hinds Feet on High Places

COLD NIGHT

One to three inches of snow and wind chills of 15 below...sounds like a cold night! All the goats are snuggled together in their stalls, with extra hay to keep them warm. Looks like winter just arrived! The kids went skating on the pond this afternoon. It was a clear, bright, but cold day, and I couldn't keep 'em inside after school. It is a good night to stay IN, so we read some Little House and nursed the baby, and now it is time to say goodnight.

That sounds perfect!!!! I love cozy nights inside...
I do feel bad for whomever has to go tend to the goats this morning....brrrrr....
