Wednesday is here

Levi was up before 6:00 again this morning, waiting to be nursed, so it was an early start. Then my 2 yr. old in potty training got up and (of course) had taken his diaper off before going to sleep last night. So I stepped in something a little less than lovely when I went in to get him some clothes and had to call for a light so I could find the offending "pile."  I am glad I had socks on...

Today I am going to do a little soap packaging, as I have another order for a large crate of goat milk soap. Someone I know takes it to the largest hospital in the area for me and has no problem unloading it ALL. (kewl!) I have plenty on hand and ready to go, which is great...

Yesterday we noticed our hot water wasn't so hot, and so when my husband came home I told him about it and he went down to check it out. Water was sizzling and seeping out the top and most of the water heater and had emptied out onto the dirt floor of the basement. So it looks like we will be installing a new one in the next couple of days. We were thinking of getting one of those new in-line ones, but are not keen on the idea of having to purchase propane for it. You never know when you will run out and then there is the problem of hauling the tank to get it refilled. Thankfully we have the funds on hand to purchase it right away.

Well, I am off to do the milking and feed the goats and get breakfast for the children. Have a great day, all!
