Peace and Joy

So many people try to fill their lives with meaning by buying larger homes and fancier cars...but they still feel empty and lonely inside. This picture reminds me of something our pastor mentioned in church yesterday. Spending time praying with your children before you tuck them in for the night  brings true meaning and joy...not striving after pleasures and fulfillment in earthly things. Simply knowing Jesus brings the greatest fulfillment and complete happiness. True peace can only be found when one is wholly surrendered to and in fellowship with God.

This is so true! One of my favourite sights is my little two year old kneeling by his bed, with head bowed to pray!
