Measured in minutes or hours, how much exercise have you had in the last week?  I don't get much of a chance to sit down, at least not for very long...I feel like I am constantly on the go. I must be 'cause I lost 15 pounds this summer (40# off since the baby!), and I am not on a diet either. I think having goats to work with and being more active outdoors with has something to do with it. Or maybe it's because five of my boys are under six years old?

Do you tend to prefer dark colors, neutral shades, or lighter/pastel hues?  That is one thing that is strange about me...I tend to change over time. As a teen/young married woman it was always pastels. Then it was vibrant jewel tones. Last year for some reason it was black...although I never wore black before, I owned and wore black tops all the time...This year is is a mix I guess. I am a "cool summer" and love natural colors, but neutrals are not my thing. In general, darker in winter, lighter in summer.
