Getting ready for summer

Today I revised the summer chore chart for the kids and set our daily routine; hopefully this will help keep the house presentable and clean and all the details covered. Also baked a few loaves of honey whole wheat bread, but we ate 1 1/2 for dinner with our vegetable soup! It never lasts long, but I don't mind. I'll need to get to the bulk store soon to get honey and bread flour before I can bake again. I finished the last three portfolios for evaluations tomorrow. Then all I need to do is write the objectives for NEXT year (you Pennsylvanians know what I am talking about!)  Still need to get some books for next year-missed the 10% Rod and Staff sale, but it's not too late to get 5% off. It was too windy to work outside today, but hubby and oldest daughter put in some onion sets for me. SO glad to see the sun again! I look forward to spending a lot of time outside here in the next week.

We homeschool in Mississippi and literally all we have to do is fill out a card saying we homeschool. I think it might be nice to have someone checking to make sure we are doing this right. Then I realize how great we have it....

Sounds like we are on the same path....

I just had to go get our supplies for more bread making...

I just re-did our daily schedule (chore chart) to make our house more presentable at a moments notice...

Just purchased next years hs supplies...I'm in PA, but only with a 5-6 year old, so no offical reporting YET.....thank goodness!!
