cutting the fire damaged tin to remove it.

once the tin was down all the boards had to be replaced, before new tin could be put up.

I need to go up and take a more recent pic - the guys got all the tin on the side of the shed replaced, so the visible fire damage is all removed.  the roof still needs repaired, but they are thinking about waiting until the hay is in this fall.  They can stand on the hay to work up there, it will make it MUCH easier.

Next they start closing in the back of the shed, then we'll start working on the pens inside.  the grass is coming up in the barnyard now that it is finally raining, so we need to get the wires up on that fencing here soon too.  The back of the shed was not closed in before the fire, it's a corn crib we are now ripping out. a lot of the lumber from the corn crib will be used to build he three sided shelter in the pasture.

Now I just need more money so I can fill this up with animals, and get more animals out in that pasture.  :-)
