Spring Showers............

Rain, rain, rain, rain..........all day long!  It was a miserable day today here.  A beautiful slow steady rain that would be quite welcome in the middle of the summer!

A good day to work inside.  I made a batch of cookies, intended to make a chocolate cake for hubby, well I like it too.........maybe tomorrow.  He deserves it cause this afternoon he cleaned the carpet in two rooms and the furniture!!   You can't believe how much that was needed.  While he was doing that, I was out in the rain doing chores...........I still thought I got the best end of that deal! 

The weekend was pretty quiet, I went up to Mom's yesterday afternoon and gave her a perm.
