Doctors

Today was interesting in several ways.  Jim had a Dr. appointment at 7am with about an hour drive, so setting the alarm at 5 am, he got around and was well on his way when the phone rings at 6:15 am.  Message says that his Dr. has called in sick today.........well, I guess that proves that Doctors are human too. 

I was not able to accompany him since Mother had an eye Dr. appointment this morning as well and needed me to take her.  Ok, no problem.....right?  Her appointment should have lasted about 45 minutes and she had some shopping to do afterwards.  Well, we walk out of the office 31/4 hours later, with only time for a quick lunch and then straight home so I can get chores finished and get to work.  Bummer!  At least we got lunch out. 

Sure hope tomorrow is a little more productive.
