Flu
I am still getting over the flu! I have never had the flu and until now didn't realize what all the fuss was about. I still don't think it qualifies for getting a "flu shot" I really do not like shots and have conflicting information as to whether or not they really do work. Anyhoo. So, since I have been down with this for a while now you can guess how beautiful my house looks with 4 3 boys and a hubby who just doesn't see things the way I do........ 2 dogs, 2 cats coming in and out, I actually started to do laundry today well, we were out of laundry soap. In fact we are out of alot, pantry is bare, nobody has been to the store, the bank, the post office, the home office, life is just really hard right now. You would not even believe me if I told you so I will just keep it to myself. No sense in transferring misery....... Let me see, I'd like to leave with something sweet to say, something that was accomplished, I cleaned out my sewing box and wiped the dust off my sewing machine last night ......Yes, that's right, I almost forgot that. My youngest who is 4 he said, mama what is that????? I told him and I said I was going to use it to make him something. Well, first thing this morning he asked me, did you get my thing made? Isn't that cute, I felt terrible that I didn't have anything for him but assured him we were going to work on something this weekend (a bandana ) for him when mommy is feeling lots better.
