A few weeks ago, Deutschmum asked me for the recipe for Chicken Kiev. I have to confess.....I didn't cook them from scratch (pleeeeeeease don't chuck me off HSB!! LOL!!!!!). They were store bought......but they were lovely!

The spaghetti bolognese was simply cooked mince, peppers, onions, mushrooms, canned tomatoes, tomato puree to thicken it a little and Italian Herbs.

hehehe! today is your lucky day! I just posted a chicken kiev recipe on my blog yesterday. well, chicken kiev and 4 other stuffed chicken recipes that I made on Saturday.
We love stuffed chicken breasts around here (cordon-bleu, kiev, feta-and-bacon) but they are SOOO expensive (like $2.50 a roll) and we eat smaller portions than most people, so one store-bought is enough to feed 3 of us. So I make my own on a crazy raw chicken day and freeze them in meal-sized packs.
