WOW!  I must have been really good this year b/c this is what I got for Christmas!

A 2008 Kia Sorento!

Saturday evening Dh said, "Are you ready to go to ______ ______? (a city just south of us)

WHAT?!?  I was still in my pajamas!!!  So I hurried up & got dressed & fixed my hair & off we went!  The car company was advertising on the radio that if you bought a new Kia Sorento, a van, or a Amanti then you got a new car for FREE!  So we were curious to see what this "Sale" was all about.  We never planned on buying anything THAT night.  It ended up being somewhat of a scam.  So we didn't get the Buy One Get One but we did get one!  Got it?  Good!

After bargaining with the sales guy DH got him down to the same payment that we were paying for our van.  We got him to write it down on the back of his sales card so that we could prove it later if we decided to go ahead with the deal.  So we left & drove around for a bit.  Then Dh decided that we should go back and get it.  I got to pick the color I wanted!  WHOOHOO!!  We signed all the paperwork and drove it home that night!  DH even got them to throw in a hitch on the back so that he can pull his boat (when he gets one! lol)   We are so thrilled!  We've never had a brand new car before!  We've always had a "new to me car".

Never buy a car on Saturday night unless you plan on NOT going to church the next morning!  Neither one of us slept very well that night b/c we were so excited.

So now we have a new car for the same payment that we were paying before.
