FOR TODAY ... September 2, 2008
Outside My Window... sunny and warm-92 degrees
From the learning room...Kids are busy with independent work while I bake
I am thinking...I have lots of laundry and baking to be done by 2:00
I am thankful for...little ones who can help with chores
From the kitchen...chicken and gravy in the crockpot, whole wheat sandwich buns, sausage biscuits for the freezer
I am wearing...Red shirt, red floral a-line skirt, red leather sandals, hair in a ponytail
I am creating...chore charts for the children
I am going... to the library for 4-H meeting
I am reading... Vet in Harness by James Herriot
I am hoping...the 4-H meeting goes well
(it's my first 4-H meeting to be the manager)
I am hearing... the sweet humming of a 4 year old
Around the house...It is kitchen/laundry day

Here is picture thought I am sharing...these purple wildflowers grow all over our property rain or drought. They remind me of petunias.
