Healthy Homemade Meatloaf

This is something very quick and easy to make for your family and is really flavorful and delicious.It is also healthy too,which is a big plus for us moms who want to feed our family the best foods.

Start out with these ingredients

1 package Knorr vegetable mix{I love the flavor in this stuff}

1 jar mild or spicy salsa whichever you prefer

2 eggs {can only use whites if you want to}

1 can mushrooms{chopped}

1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oatmeal

3-4 pounds of ground turkey

Salt and pepper to taste

Throw it all in a big bowl and mix up well

Grab an oblong baking pan and form mixture into a loaf

Pop into a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until done and mixture springs back to the touch

Take out of oven and add 1/2 cup of ketchup with 3 Tbsp. of honey to top of loaf , Stick back in the oven for another 10 minutes

Add your favorite sides and you have a quick,delicious,healthy meal.

Have a blessed day,

Rachel
