Laundry
Posted in Homelife
Did I finish the laundry? Um... no. Didn't even come close. I had to re-do the feeding of the animals b/c the children did it, played with it, made a mess of it, and the animals still needed food and water. :( Then there were the poopy diaper, poopy pants (potty training), and the poopy floor where the dogs, who BOTH have diarreah (or however, that one's spelled this morning it's not going to happen right!) left messes in three places!!! ARRRRGGGGHHH Oh, the crowning moment was when the baby went and picked up the poop from the room I hadn't seen (because I was keeping him out of the one I had seen) and got it all over himself (and then me when I had to pick him up and clean him). So, no laundry done yesterday, but now I have more to do! :)
I just remind myself that I'm serving my neighbor (my children) in my vocation of chief pooper scooper and clothes washer and if I can attempt a smile while I do it... all the better, ok, no smile yesterday, I was late and Dh was late getting home so I could leave for rehearsal.... Ahh well, I'm forgiven for that too. :)
Off to start off a poopless day (I hope)!

My mom knew I would love you! HA! Is there ever a poopless day? Yesterday was my laundry day and I got *most* of it done. But there are still laundry droppings around my livingroom. I decided when we move I should just put the couch in the laundry room since that's where all the laundry ends up anyway. And I should get a closer--you know the guy who comes in and pitches the last two innings after the real pitcher did all that work. He can come in and pick up and put away all the laundry droppings. And I joke that if he wore his uniform, that would be a bonus. :-)
