Cross country move...
Ranchwife loves me so she's harrassing me.  We have NO internet at home.  We moved here two weeks and one day ago, we called for phone/internet service two weeks ago and we've had 3 supposed days where we were to wait for a service guy to come fix our phone line (no dial tone) and NOTHING!  I'm seriously getting frustrated with Verizon but... Satan can't win this battle, Christ still Died on the Cross for me.  Issuse Etc is BACK!!!  www.issuesetc.org and www.piratechristianradio.com and I actually used the oven in our new house (which is bug infested and gross and need color badly!) this morning.  We have all our furniture and Mr Top Gun (also known as my hero) put in a real live clothesline outside and we've been drying blankets and the rest of the wash for a whole day!  Ahhhh, the country life, I'm trying to talk him into a fence (well, we'd have to talk the landlord into it first) so we can get a cow and a horse or two (hey Ranchwife, how many acres per horse, if they're eating the grass?).  We're going to put chickens in and Mr Top Gun and the Wild Bunch (see future posting regarding their names) are currently shopping for lumber to build my gardens (we're putting in potatoes!).  So, bear with me, I'm getting there - lots to do - gotta contact the landlord (who's overseas, what's with that, can't anything be easy - and has to use e-mail only - duh, no internet at home!) about getting a bug guy out to kill the bugs and the mice - maybe I'll just get a cat!

More to follow I do have lots of pictures from our cross country Journey

Where did you move to? Our house is 170+ years old (the original part) and we've been here almost 11 years...we've been blessed in that we've only had mice THIS year. PTL! But NOTHING was getting rid of them...they were (notice I said "were") very smart mice b/c they tripped EVERY trap I'd set. They'd eat every little smackrel of peanut butter or cheese and NOT trip the trap! And they worked...believe me...my fingers are witnesses! So...we finally had to resort to the DeConn pellets. I didn't want to b/c we have a 6 month old puppy, but we put them in hidden places.

Guess what?! NO MORE MICE!! Woohoo!!!

Hope you get your phone line fixed and the mice O-U-T.

Blessings from Ohio, Kim Wolf and the other Wolfpack!

Moved to Virginia. Living in a house built in 1870 and on about 9 acres. Hoping to get some big animals but... we'll see. Everything seems to cost money right now - except for internet at Panera Bread!

They are saying thank you to folks who signed the Issues Etc petition by name... Your name was on in the FIRST HOUR of the VERY FIRST SHOW! How cool is that?
