More Pictures of the New Colt

I thought this was a funny picture - poor Crystal looks exhausted with her tongue hanging out! First she gives birth unassisted in a sleety rainstorm, then the baby hops up and doesn't stop running. She has been chasing him ever since.

I just love that curly little tail!

I take it the baby will be a gray. The white/gray around his eyes is just great. My colt seems to be very calm but I do feel for his mother. Being a new mother is hard work.
