Christmas Decorating

We always decorate for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving!  It's so much fun!  I put together the Christmas tree last night so that it was up and ready.  It takes a couple hours to do.  So, today the guys are going to put up the outside decor (nativity, lights, deer, tree, and snowman) and the gals are going to decorate the tree, decorate inside, etc.  This is an extra special holiday season with my sil and her family here.   I know we are going to enjoy it so much more! 

Here is a verse from my devotions today!  "For I am the Lord, I change not..."  Malachi 3:6a   What a great reminder in a fast changing world.  This holiday season and thereafter, let's not forget that "Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever"  Hebrews 13:8.  No matter what happens in life we know that He is reliable, unchanging, faithful to His words, and is true!  We can hold on to Him without ever being disappointed.
