I'm not sure what i was thinking when I said replastering the living room was a two day job...I guess in "Normal Land" it would be (where ever that is )..Day one went well...I got all the funiture moved,Located and assembled the tools /supplies needed/made a big pot of fresh ground coffee, put in a new Christian CD, got the holes filled, the cracks patched, a test patch of skim coat laid and was all ready for day two....Day Two...I knew had two or three rolls of blue painters tape but could only find one, decided I didnt' like the texture of the test patch of skim coat so I had to wet it down and smooth it out..had to let that dry ..went to do chores, had to redo the whole dog area so my older dog can go out at night on his own and next thing I know it was Day Three....Day Three..Dear Sweet Husband is home and decided we need something to cover the missing tile on the kitchen floor so off to the big city we go.....Day Four..... or is today Day Three???
Ok I just checked today IS Day three...Tomorrow is Sunday so Day four will be monday but will that actually be Day Five???? Anywayyy here are some pics to go with this confusion LOL I think it would be best for me to only count one day... DONE Day..
.....May the Lord Richly Bless You and Keep You!!!!!!!!

Look at you, going all "This Old House" on us! I don't think I could tackle that job. Good for you!

Four times the time thought needed
Twice as much money
Half as many clothes
We started a complete, down to the studs, renovation in 1995 and *might* finish this year <g>. Then again, maybe not but who cares. We're warm, safe and comfortable and like Maslow said...needs are food, shelter, clothing --- all else are wants.
God's blessings on you, yours and the work of your hands,
Sandra
