Yesterday while sitting outside for a few minutes to enjoy the weather and let Jackson out for a while I saw two bumble bees flying around. First thought in my head was...spring is here!

I just love bumble bees....how they dart around and check out the flowers.  Watching bumble bees and butterflies is a favorite pasttime of mine. Just sitting on the porch, with a cool glass of sweet tea and maybe a country magazine, and watching the butterflies and bees cruising along doing thier thing. The butterflies floating gracefully and slowly and the bees darting here and there like there is so much to do and so little time! LOL

We have had a few really pretty days this week and hopefully it will stay that way now. I don't mind the rain, we need that, but the cold weather I am hoping is gone for the season.  We have been so busy with the chickens we haven't even started out garden yet. Hope we get something done soon or it will just be a small one instead of the big one I had planned. If nothing else I gotta have me some tomatoes!!!

Im with you about watching them flutter around. I also love to watch the birds, that is my fav. I love putting out food and water to draw them into my little garden areas. ........Kitty
