Things to Do: and recipe for tonight's supper

Well, we came back from our mini vacation in the city and the house was all in order as we left it.  Thank goodness for Jen who cleaned up as she went this weekend while taking care of our Noah.

Here are the things I do need to do today (because we walked in and dumped things on the table and in the laundry room. LOL):

1.  Clean off the dining room table (the catch all for our house)

2.  Straighten up the bedroom and put clothes away (we bought a few new things while gone and they need to be put away)

3.  Load and unload dishes from dishwasher (dishes from yesterday's lunch and supper)

4.  Clean off all the kitchen counters and the stove top

5.  Clean off and dust the Hoosier cabinet in the kitchen

6.  Vacuum the bedroom, dinging room, and living room (the only carpeted rooms on the first floor)

7.  Laundry (can you imagine that?? LOL)

8.  Measure laundry room windows for new curtains to be sewn ( I am hoping I guessed correctly and I have enough fabric for all 3 windows)

9.  Spray fabrics in dining room and living room with Febreeze (I love the fresh smell)

10.  Start sewing curtains

11.  Put dinner in the crockpot

Here is what is for supper tonight:

Ham and Party Potatoes (ala the crockpot)

This meal is one of my hubby's favorites and it is so simple and easy!

1 bag frozen hashbrowns

2 cans cheddar cheese soup

1 can milk

3 slices of thick slices ham (I buy the ham steaks with the bone in them), bone removed and chopped into small chunks

Put all ingredients into the crockpot and cook until potatoes are tender (High for 3-4 hours I think???)
