Friday!

On the Table:  Sweet and Sour Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, Corn   (Because of the suprise plumbing problem yesterday and getting caught up in the hipe, we were unable to have this last night.  Hubby is begging for it tonight.  He loves this meal!)

In the garden:  We don't have one!!!!!!!!  Unfortunately, we don't have a property in which we can grow a garden on right now, but we are praying to have this in the near future.  For the last year or so, we have bought some wonderful homegrown produce from a local Amish girl.  I love their tomatoes.

Around the house:  The plumbing is still a problem,  and thankfully the laundry is done, and everyone showered yesterday, but we can't go until Monday without the toliets being flushed!  It is a mess down there.  Other things around the house for me are to make out my monthly shopping list and menu planner for April.  We plan on doing a shopping trip either this weekend or next.

On the nightstand:  Get out of that pit, by Beth Moore.  I love this gal and her teachings on tv and tape and broke down and bought the book long ago.  Have read it once, and decided I needed to read it again.  Are any of you out there Beth Moore fans as well??

I have heard good things about Beth Moore, but have never read anything of hers. I saw the book, "Get out of the Pit" and thought of buying it for my cousin. (Long story there), but didn't know if it was what I thought it might be. Would love to have you do a review of the book so I will know if it would be right for her in her situation.
Plumbing problems can be such a headache. Been there, done that!! I feel for you!

I love to watch Beth Moore on Word of Life, but I haven't done one of her studies. They seem to be so time consuming. Have a great weekend!

What is your house like? Do you live in town? We live in town but I have been blessed with enough space to have a garden and I have many raised beds also. I plan to grow enough to put up for the winter. Also my husband is building me a chicken coop right now.

If you have a garage or even a patio/porch, you could garden in Rubbermade containers. That's what we're starting. We know nothing about gardening LOL .... so in doing this, we can learn one thing at a time.
