Menu Monday

My menu plan for the week last night went out the window.  LOL Sarah was here for Spring break from college classes and went home on Sunday afternoon.  So, I am using up some things in the fridge and freezer in this weeks planner.  Half of the stuff on last weeks menu wasn't cooked and eaten. LOL 

Monday:  Rosemary Porkchops, Roasted Vegetables

Tuesday: South of the Border Chicken Soup

Wednesday:  Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese 

Thursday:  Breakfast Burritos

Friday:  Sweet and Sour Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Corn

Saturday:  Ginger Chicken, Fried Rice

Sunday:  (Easter)  Turkey Ham, Party Potatoes, Green Beans, Cake
