Menu Planner Monday

We have company this week.  Sarah (my adopted little sister who has Spring Break off from college) is staying with us this week.  Mia (her girlfriend from Illinois and my other adopted little sister) is unable to come now since her car is broke down!!!   So I have rearranged our weekly menu planner for this week to serve some of her family meals!!!

Monday:  Rosemary Porkchops, Roasted Vegetables, Steamed Broccoli

Tuesday:  South of the Border Chicken Soup

Wednesday:  Sweet and Sour Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Corn

Thursday:  Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza

Friday:  Turkey Tacos

Saturday: Tater Tot Casserole

Sunday:   Leftovers for lunch, supper will be BBQ sandwiches and french fries

My family has been much better. Thank you for asking. And yes, I have been busy!

The recipe sounds so yummy, but I haven't made them yet. If you make them, tell me how you like them!
