Mindless Jibber-Jabber - Menu Planner Monday

Monday, February 18, 2008 - Snow? Ha!

It's 65 degrees here, with no explanation! Anyway, I always find other people's menu plans fun to read, too. It's great that so many people post them. By the way, remember that crock-pot artichoke dip recipe you posted ages ago? I made it on the stove top so we could have it faster and it was delicious. Also added some frozen spinach. Anyway, glad you had a great weekend!

Thanks for your comment!! It is nice to get feedback from an entry. =) Maybe your friends children have a lot of snow days to make up?? That could be why they went today. Sometimes our schools do that if we have missed a lot.. they will try to pick up a couple here and there so the kids aren't so far into their summer vacation. I am actually kind of surprised that we didn't have school today due to that very fact. We have missed alot of days this year for inclement weather.. Oh well.. I am glad she has today off.. I love having her here with me and miss her when she is gone. And yes, a sweetheart she is.. making me breakfast.. it was good too! She is perfecting her 'over easy' eggs.. so they are 'dippy'. lol Take care dear!! Blessings, Jennifer
