I love rosemary and lemon on just about anything. LOL This is a recipe that came with my new crockpot.
Chicken Breasts with Lemon and Rosemary
3 chicken breasts, (skin on, bone in) rinsed and patted dry
juice of 1 lemon
3 springs of fresh rosemary
2-3 T smoked paprika
salt and freshly ground pepper
Place chicken in crockpot and pour lemon juice over all. Sprinkle liberally with paprika. Season with salt and pepper and top with rosemary sprigs. Cook on LOW for about 4 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours until interanal temp reaches 180 degrees. This serves 6 people.
