I think I was so caught up in the sale of my parents things this week I forgot to blog about our scrapbooking party we had on last Tuesday. 

I found a gal in a nearby town who sells Stampin' Up scrapbooking supplies and we had a party in which we made a card adn some Christmas tags for presents.  It was an absolute blast and I can now say I am absolutely hooked on scrapbooking and these products.  I did go to the city this weekend and ended up buying some scrapbooking supplies for Michael's, but some products are better with Stampin' Up, and their stamp sets are far above the stamps on the shelf at Michael's!!  I had an absolute blast going up and down each isle in the scrapbooking section at least 3 times.  I was like a kid in a Candy Store honestly! LOL  DH, Matthew laughed at me because he was at Lowe's the previous day buying some tools and he is the same way in Lowe's!!!  Well, we all need those moments where we are kids at heart don't we???  Heck I don't ever want to grow up and be old and stuffy like some people I know!  I want to always be able to get down on the floor and play with the little ones, act silly and make people laugh.  That's just part of being me I guess.

This weekend was crazy, emothional (the auction of mom and dads stuff), and busy.  We were barely in the house all weekend, so today I have to catch up on laundry and dishes and get back on my weekly cleaning schedule.

Tonight I am making Creamy Chicken Enchiladas.  It should be a quick easy dinner that doesn't mess up my kitchen again, so that's why I picked it.  I am a little lost today, because I had not looked at my menu planner this weekend and didn't have the meal already set days ahead of time.  So I am flying by the seat of my pants today, and well I don't like it.  I am much better when I am organized and on schedule.  Unfortunately it will take me another day or two to get back on track most likely!! ARG!!!!!!!
