Any soap makers out there?

I am looking for a cold process shampoo bar recipe.  I am trying to stick to Castor oil, lard, cocnut oil, and olive oil.  Any ideas?  I thought about creating my own but that seems a little scarry.  If any one would like to share their recipe I would be very grateful!  Thanks!

I don't make a shampoo bar. I make a plain Castille soap, 100% olive oil and then grate it, add water and sometimes a combination of nettle, rosemary, and sage tea. I let it sit until it thickens up a bit, add a little essential oil, tea tree, or whatever you like and put it in an old shampoo bottle. If it gets too thick, I just mix more water with it. I rinse with apple cider vinegar. Been doing this for about three years now and I only have to wash my hair every two or three days.

Here is the recipe I use:
24 oz. coconut oil
38 oz. olive oil
24 oz. castor oil
12 oz. lye
32 oz. water

Makes a little over 5 pounds.

Have fun - we LOVE shampoo bars!!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
This was just what I was looking for!
