I decided to take today as a day of baking. The children and husband have been wanting brownies, cookies and maybe even a cake but with the heat index around 100 I decided to wait. Well the high to day will be around 80. Much more bearable. I have most the cokkies don and then will start on the cake and brownies and then on to muffins. My new shelves are making baking so much easier. Now if I can just keep my daughter from playing in the chicken coop then wanting to mix dough life will be perfect!
