The Garden is Done!

Well, if I see another tomato I might pass over dead! We had 36 plants in the garden this year and boy did they produce. For the longest time I wondered if they were going to turn red or not then all of a sudden they did. We have picked and picked and they kept coming. We have canned salsa, pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, soup, juice, and diced. I am pretty sure this is enough to last us till next season but I am never sure. We are also drying our hot peppers too. Since everything is out of the garden we decided to let the chicken to have free run. We plan to butcher them in a few weeks when the weather is a bit cooler.
