Easy Sugar CookiesI recently tried this recipe on some of my husbands work mates. Went over very well. the best part was that it was so easy to do! Traditional sugar cookie recipes call for chilling the dough and rolling and cutting. I really liked the idea of "drop" sugar cookies. Great to decorate and so nice for Christmas time. Drop Sugar Cookies 1 cup margarine (Room temp Very important for texture) 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 3/4 cups flour ( I have been using a prairie gold wheat flour but you can use white all purpose for whiter cookies) 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder drop and Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Enjoy! Leave a Comment
