Yes you read that right and yes you read that right.
Let me explain myself, no I am not crazy,:) however some times you have to splurge even when you are on a budget.
DS almost 1 loves Potato salad, So I splurged and made a huge batch that should last all 6 of us for many additions to lunch and dinner.
This winter we plan to build 4 potato planters, then we can gow most of our own potatos in under 8 square ft.
Well I am off to find the perfect chicken tractor plans. Have a wonderful night

I don't think you're crazy. I love going to our farmer's market. It's one of the best in the northern part of our state. I too have a couple favorite "farmers" that aren't certified organic but have been gardening pesticide free for almost as long as I've been alive and believe me, some days that feels like a LONG time LOL. I go right away in the morning and see what's available that day (each Saturday is different from the last) and how it looks. Have a chat and tell them I'll be back around closing. When I go back, We have a good time bartering over prices as they don't want to haul what's left home and I don't want to pay full price. I always feel I come out the winner but then they know me and are expecting it. They enjoy it very much and I get good produce at good prices. When one particular person has yukon gold spuds she will pick out the very small ones and after all is said and done will throw them into the bargain for free as nobody wants those. I love to can them for creamed spuds and peas. Keep up the good work and glad to see you again.
