I cant get my batteries to keep a charge so it looks like I will have to get some more, wont be heading to town till Fri I will pick some up then. DS picked his first tomato today and I got our first handful of beans I will be getting 50 pounds of Walla Walla Sweet Onions next week,yummy yummy. I plan to freeze some, dry some, and make relish with some. Does your State have a Vegie? You should check it out. Remember in some cases eating local is just as good if not better than certified Organic. Get to know your farmers. My favorite fruit grower is a small scale family farm that isnt certified but sells top of the line non sprayed fruit at the local farmers market or out of his home if you give him a call he and his wife and daughter do all the work and I can often get it only hours old with very little drain on resources because it never has a middle man and is never trucked any place.
