I got a comment from one of my readers so I ased if it was ok to post and she was happy with that. This was in response to a post I made about the baking soda facial scrub. I haven't had a chance to try this out yet but I will and let you all know what I think of it. I have used the baking soda and water and I love it!

Hi,

We mix the honey and baking soda together. No exact measurements, we just mix up about a cup full of the scrub and leave it in the bathroom. I think I probably use half honey and half baking soda and just a tiny bit of water till I get a good mixture that is easy to use without crumbling all over the place. Play around with it till you get the consistency that you like, I like it to give me a good scrubbing.
We just wet our face and scrub with our homemade scrub and rinse. I think it would be good for an all over body scrub, I will try it and let you know what I think .It is OK with me if you post my suggestions.
