We're Ready to Move!
Well, we are just days away from our move and we are so ready! My dh said the driveway (gravel) is finished and the sod for around the house comes tomorrow. That will be nice with all the winter mud and muck. It has been so unseasonably warm that we probably won't have any snow this winter, but it has been a blessing for the workers on our house! Anyway, the paint touch-ups should be finished and the carpet is to go in on Thursday. Friday is scheduled as the final inspection with closing on Monday. Yeah!!! We have been just over 6 months in this duplex and it is starting to fray our nerves! This town only has 1800 people in it, but we are still longing to get out to the country!

My husband has been a builder for years and we have moved many times. We are finally where we are going to be for a while, Lord willing. I hope everything goes well. Thank you for commenting on my blog. It does sound like we have much in common. I was thrilled to see that you have pygmy goats. My children have been wanting one and well, first things first. I also am looking into getting chickens and will not have a rooster either. We just want a few fresh eggs. Well, welcome and I look forward to hearing more from you....
