Pancake Recipe

This is actually a recipe that is healthy and my picky eaters love! It has been adapted from a Weight Watchers recipe.
Oatmeal Pancakes
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt (fat free)
- 2 Tablespoons Applesauuce
- 1 cup flour (I use oat or wheat but any type will work)
- 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup old fashion oats
- 1/4 cup water
Add all ingreadients in order and mix. Cook on hot griddle or frying pan. Serve with Maple syrup, fruit or applesauce.
