New blog template

09:08 AM, Saturday, November 17, 2007 .. 5 comments .. Link

In an effort to jump start by blogging again, I have changed my template, my playlist and some other things. I had a ton of friends listed, so I took some off that I felt like I hadn't read or left comments for (or who haven't left comments for me) in quite a while. However, I was trying to remember off the top of my head, so if you want to be put back on my friends list, just let me know. I certainly don't want to loss any of my real "bloggy" friends just because I was doing this in a hurry!

Also, if you'd like to be placed on the mailing list to be automatically notified every time I update the blog, just send me your email address.

Anyway, do you have any suggestions for the new look? I'm not exactly html literate, but sometimes I can just keep trying things until they work. Maybe one day I can afford to have someone design my blog for me. I liked the look of my old template but it was driving me nuts. It wouldn't support categories and did weird things all the time, like not putting spaces in between my paragraphs (even if I wrote them that way). This template appears to be working better. Any suggestions to make it even better?

When you change your template, do your old posts and other info. automatically remain? I was thinking of changing but don't want to lose anything! I don't know anything about this stuff!

I love that Down to the River and Pray song. I had never heard it. Tell me what you think of the movie.

I also love that song! When we first came to visit our little country church, there was a trio of women who sang it and it was beautiful. It made me feel like I was back in time. :o)
