Soy Milk?

Does anyone know alot about soy milk?   dh cousin left some light soy milk here tonight and I tried it, I really like it, but don't know alot about it.

We quit using soy milk because Jonathan and I are asthmatic. I had read that it can aggravate asthma symptoms. If you'll look on the label, you'll notice that it has added sugar to enhance the taste. Bless you today............Denise (prairiemom)

I like soy milk. I don't know too much about it, but my husband and I are lactose intolerant, so we like the help soy milk can give us (all the nutrients of cow's milk minus the aggrevation) but we more frequently drink Lactaid milk (which is regular cow's milk plus an enzyme to help us digest the lactose). They are each a bit more than regular milk, but its one of the expenses we are willing to spend a bit more on.
