Pie Crust

This is the best pie crust I have ever used!!  But remember to roll it out between 2 pieces of wax paper or you will never get it off the counter! It is so flaky!!

 

3 cups flour

2 cups shortening

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

pinch of salt

 

Mix everything together and roll out!! Makes 1 double pie crust or 2 single crusts!

Oh thanks for posting this! I'm always on the look out for a good pie crust recipe. I like them really flakey!
