Harvest Pumpkin Bread!!

A little something to get us all looking forward to fall!!

 

Harvest Pumpkin Bread

 

2 c. ww flour

1c. brown sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/8 tsp. ground cloves

1 Tbsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. Baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1 c. canned pumpkin

1/2 c. milk

1/3 c. softened butter

2 eggs

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.  Mix dry ingredients, then add everything else, beat on low speed until everything is blended.  Beat on high speed 2 minutes.  Pour batter in pan and bake 60 -65 minutes.
